Additional Information About the Role BJC is looking for an OR Unit
Coordinator! This position would be providing administrative
support to the OR at Barnes Jewish Hospital! Great space for
someone that is looking to be in the action of the care we are
providing to our patients. Full time - 40 hours Benefit Eligible
Work Schedule (After Orientation) Set schedule is Monday through
Friday 2:30 pm to 11:30 pm - 1-2 holidays per year (1st 6 weeks)
Orientation Schedule is Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 6 am to 6:30

Preferred Qualifications Role Purpose Performs clerical,
secretarial and customer service functions within assigned patient
care area. Responsibilities - Coordinates all human resources
functions for unit. Ensure nursing staff has all the proper
paperwork required. - Works with management to ensure appropriate
staffing levels on all areas. Staffs any pod, providing breaks and
lunches when necessary. - Coordinates all surgical scheduling
activities. Directs and monitors the flow of patients and maintain
the scheduling of those patients. - Coordinates, maintains and
orders inventory and supplies. - Provides clerical support for
department as necessary. Minimum Requirements Education - High
School Diploma or GED Experience - Supervisor Experience - No
