Must-Have: Telemetry experience, Tracheostomy care, Tube feeding,
IV access, Central Line Management Description: Seeking a
Registered Nurse for a Medical Surgical position. This role
involves caring for adult patients. The patient-to-nurse ratio is
1:5. Nurses will float within scope to meet facility needs. A daily
census is approximately 18 patients. The unit provides care for
patients with specific conditions such as tracheostomies and total
laryngectomies. Nurses will need to manage drains and monitor flaps
post-operation. Responsibilities include tube feeding, phlebotomy,
and IV access. Experience with telemetry monitoring is required.
Tracheostomy management and care for free flap patients are
essential skills. Nurses will work closely with multidisciplinary
teams, including IV teams, physical therapy, and respiratory
services. Routine duties include wound care and the management of
central lines. Candidates must be open to completing additional
training and certifications as needed. Requirements Required for
