Registered Nurse (RN) | Cardiac Catheterization Lab Location: Saint Louis, MO Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,952 per week Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/23/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Cath Lab Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 4x10-Hour Hours per Shift: 10 Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Cath Lab License: Valid State License required Certifications: ACLS, BLS Must-Have: - Pre/Post procedure experience - Epic documentation experience - GE Mac Lab hemodynamics preferred Description: The Cath Lab Nurse position involves working in a fast-paced environment. Shifts are 10 hours long, with various start times throughout the day. On-call obligations are up to two days per week and every other weekend. Candidates with structural heart experience are preferred. The daily census averages 18-20 cases per day, in a setting with three catheterization rooms and two electrophysiology rooms. The unit is equipped with Philips and Siemens X-ray equipment. Candidates must be proficient in using Epic for documentation. Staff will circulate and provide conscious sedation as needed, with telemetry skills required. Scrubbing experience is preferred. Patient ratios are 1:1 in procedure rooms and 1:3 in recovery. Floating may occur within the service line. The facility supports an interdisciplinary team, including respiratory services and pharmacy. Candidates will perform various cardiac procedures, including coronary and peripheral interventions. All travelers must comply with facility policies and requirements.
