Job Description American Traveler is hiring an experienced
Emergency Room RN for a night shift position requiring a MO or
compact RN license and at least two years of ER experience.
Responsibilities - Position is in the Emergency Room of an acute
care hospital - Night shift schedule, 3x12 hour shifts from 17:45
to 06:15 - Typical patient ratio of 1:4 - Weekend coverage of two
shifts every other weekend is required, with night shifts scheduled
on Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday - No on-call or floating
required - EPIC charting system is used; previous EPIC experience
may be required - Navy scrubs are required for this position - No
cost for parking on site - Maximum of 7 days of requested time off
allowed per 13-week contract; no time off permitted during the
first week of orientation - Permanent staff must wait one year
before returning as a traveler - Travelers may remain for up to 18
months and must take a three-month break after Requirements -
Active MO or compact RN license required - Minimum of two years of
recent Emergency Room experience - Current certifications in ACLS,
BLS, NIHSS, and PALS are required - CPI and TNCC certifications are
preferred - Must reside more than 75 miles from the facility; local
candidates not accepted - Pending license accepted for
