Description: MUST BE ABLE TO START IN FEBRUARY. Contractors who
fail to comply with the Influenza Vaccination Policy will not be
permitted to work on premises. Individuals who do not receive the
influenza vaccination due to an approved medical or religious
exemption must wear a mask during the influenza season when present
at facilities. Masking will begin on November 1 and continue
through March 31. This facility provides inpatient rehabilitation
services for patients recovering from strokes, brain or spinal cord
injuries, amputations, multiple trauma, cancer, complex orthopedic
injuries, and other conditions. Designed to promote recuperation
outside the traditional hospital setting, the facility incorporates
many unique features. These include a monitored brain injury unit,
dedicated stroke care unit with specialized equipment, gymnasiums
featuring high-tech therapy devices, and private, family-friendly
rooms. The healthcare team is dedicated to improving individual
functional ability and quality of life. A comprehensive treatment
approach addresses the physical, emotional, and psychological
components of each patient. The evaluation focuses on movement
patterns, strength, flexibility, functional ability, balance, and
tone. Healthcare professionals work closely with family members to
treat patients as they progress toward their goals. Patient ratios
are approximately 1:6/7 during the day and 1:8 at night. Each nurse
has a dedicated technician for support. Candidates with CRRN
certification are preferred. The patient population primarily
