Education & Loan Assistance: • $10,000 Scholar Loan Program (LPN to RN) Position Details: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Med Surg 5W Location: Mercy Hospital South 10010 Kennerly Rd, St. Louis, MO 63128 Schedule: Full-Time | 36 hours/week Shift: Night Shift | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM Sign-On Bonus: Up to $2,000 for part-time and full-time caregivers Qualifications Education: - High school diploma or GED equivalent Licensure: - Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program - Must hold and maintain a current LPN license in Missouri and meet all State Board of Nursing requirements - Comparable education experience and successful licensure may be considered Experience: - New graduates and experienced LPNs welcome Certifications: - Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association (or within 30 days of hire) - LPN-IV Certification completed prior to hire or within 3 months (up to 1 year based on unit requirements) Physical Requirements: - Frequent standing and walking throughout shift - Significant bending, stooping, and patient lifting/turning with assistance - Ability to push, pull, and grip up to 50 lbs Why Mercy?
