Join a practice built around surgical precision, digital
innovation, and collaboration between surgeon, prosthodontist, and
anesthesiologist. This is a unique opportunity to step directly
into a fully digital, high-volume implant center performing
All-on-X, All-on-4, and full-arch immediate load cases. No
restorative work, no call, no nights, no weekends. Just surgery —
supported by an established prosthodontist, an in-house lab, and a
dedicated dental anesthesiologist so you can focus 100% on your
craft. • Four-day workweek: Monday through Thursday, 8 AM – 2 PM •
Two to three surgical cases per day (full-arch focused) • Fully
digital workflow with 3D imaging and photogrammetry • In-house lab
with same-day capabilities • Sedation and anesthesia handled by a
dental anesthesiologist • Collaborative, team-driven environment
with prosthodontist and surgical support team • Mentorship and
onboarding support for full-arch protocols • Earning potential
starting around $500K–$600K in year one, with established surgeons
in this model often reaching $750K–$1M • W-2 or 1099 structure
available • Full benefits package (medical, dental, 401K) for W-2
