Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 4x12-Hour Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 2-3 years preferred, with Level I trauma center experience and one travel assignment accepted License: Active state nursing license required Certifications: ACLS, BLS required Must-Have: - Experience in the management and interpretation of dysrhythmias - EPIC charting system experience - Level I Trauma center experience preferred Description: We are seeking an experienced registered nurse to join our emergency room team. The nurse will work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment providing care to patients of all ages. Standard patient ratios are 4:1, with occasional flex to 5:1 depending on the acuity level. The role requires strong clinical skills, including management of dysrhythmias. Candidates should have experience with the EPIC charting system. Weekend shifts are required on an every-other-weekend basis. The team works closely with various interdisciplinary support services to deliver comprehensive patient care. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent critical thinking skills and the ability to handle high-stress situations. This position is open to nurses who are ready to work in a dynamic, challenging environment and provide exceptional patient care. References from previous supervisors are preferred.
