working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Cath Lab RN in Saint
Louis, Missouri, 63110! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession:

Hours per Shift: 10 Experience: Minimum of 1 year required,
first-timers accepted License: Valid RN License required
Certifications: ACLS, BLS Must-Have: Interventional scrub
experience required Minimum of one year of EP experience required
Description: RN/Cath Lab ratios are 1:1. The RN will work in the
diagnostic and interventional PCI environment. The RN circulator
will provide conscious sedation under the direction of the
attending physician. The RN will hand off sterile supplies, assess
vitals, and document in the electronic medical record system. The
RN will likely cross-train to run hemodynamics in the monitor tech
role. The unit treats a variety of patient diagnoses including AMI,
chest pain, heart failure, NSTEMI, aortic stenosis, V-Tach,
endocarditis, Afib, peripheral vascular disease, and sick sinus
syndrome. Special equipment used includes an electronic
documentation system and specific cardiovascular devices. Travelers
will float within their service line to meet facility needs. Every
other weekend is required. The RN will be on-call on a rotating
basis, typically one night per week and every 2-4 weekends.
References may be required upon submission. This is a fast-paced
environment with a focus on patient care during cardiac
interventions. Successful candidates will possess strong clinical
skills and adaptability. Candidates must have the ability to work
within an interdisciplinary team. Knowledge of specific procedures
and equipment is beneficial for success in this role. This position
may involve working with patients undergoing various cardiac cath
lab procedures. Candidates should be ready for potential additional
responsibilities within the unit. Clear communication and attention
to detail are essential in this position. Experience with the
electronic charting system is also a requirement. A background in
