Job Description ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Saint Louis, Missouri. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Telemetry - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 01/26/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: /n RN - Tele /n/n Job Details: /n • Work night shifts on the telemetry unit /n• Maintain patient ratios of 1:5-6 /n• 36 guaranteed hours for 3-12 hour shifts /n• 2 years of nursing experience required /n• 6 weekend shifts required in 6-week period /n• Required certifications: BCLS and NIH (ACLS and CPI preferred) /n• Must be comfortable with telemetry monitoring and reading cardiac rhythms /n• Administer cardiac medications and drips without titration /n• No on-call responsibilities /n• Float within scope to meet facility needs /n• First-time travelers accepted /n• Navy blue scrub color required /n• No artificial or nail enhancements allowed /n• No crocs with holes permitted /n• Must work weekends and holidays /n• Epic charting system experience required /n• Maximum 7 days RTO allowed /n• Care for adult patients with cardiac conditions, TAVR, pre/post cardiac surgery, and chest tube management /n• Skills include blood product administration, central line care, heparin protocols, interpretation of dysrhythmias, and post-cardiac catheterization care /n/n Facility: /n This acute care hospital features 233 staffed beds and provides comprehensive cardiovascular services including advanced cardiac procedures and telemetry monitoring. The facility utilizes Epic charting system and offers interdisciplinary support including physical therapy, respiratory services, pharmacy, and rapid response teams. The hospital maintains a 28-bed telemetry unit with modern cardiac monitoring equipment and provides specialized care for patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring and post-procedural care. /n/n Location: /n Saint Louis, MO /n Saint Louis offers a vibrant metropolitan experience with rich cultural attractions, professional sports teams, and diverse dining options.
