Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days -

Details: • Work 4x10 hour shifts Monday through Friday from 12:00
PM to 10:30 PM with rotating start times as needed • No weekends,
no call, and no holidays required • Guaranteed 3 shifts per 13-week
contract • At least 2-3 years Level 1 ICU experience required •
Open to candidates with over one year ICU/ED experience at Level 1
or 2 facility • Required certifications: BLS, ACLS • Preferred
certifications: CCRN, TNCC • EPIC charting system experience
preferred • Must pass Relias EKG exam • Navy blue scrubs required •
Float to ICU, main PACU, PCU, medical surgical, and ER holding as
needed • Patient ratios: 1:2 (preop may be 1:3) • Care for adults,
occasional adolescents, and geriatric population • Recover patients
from neurosurgery, ENT, plastics, orthopedics, thoracic, vascular,
trauma, general, colorectal, GYN, urological, electrophysiology,
interventional radiology, and transplant surgeries • Required
skills: dysrhythmia recognition/management, blood product
administration, phlebotomy, starting IVs, IV vasopressors, ICP
monitoring, care of ventilated patients • Night shift personnel
must learn preop patient workup • Handle high acuity PACU patients
with 80% requiring hospital admission post-procedure • 40 hours of
orientation provided • Home address must be at least 75 miles from
facility • Maximum 7 days RTO per 13-week contract Facility: This
major academic medical center operates as a Level 1 Trauma Center
with Magnet designation and 1,273 staffed beds. The facility
features a 24/7 PACU with 38 patient bays and maintains a daily
census of 70-90 patients. The organization provides comprehensive
surgical services and recovery care for a wide range of
specialties, requiring critical care expertise for patients with
artificial airways, invasive monitoring including ICP,
transfusions, and vasoactive medications. The facility utilizes
EPIC charting system and maintains interdisciplinary support
including respiratory services, interpretation services, and rapid
response teams. Location: Saint Louis, MO Saint Louis offers a
