ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN Med
Surg for a travel nursing job in Saint Louis, Missouri. Job
Description & Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg - Discipline: RN -
Start Date: ASAP - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift:
12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel RN Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum
of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is required.
Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for
extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment.
$750 referral bonus available. Opportunity: RN - Med Surg Job
Details: • Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM •
Weekly guaranteed hours: 36 or 48 hours (must be indicated on
submission form) • 13-week assignment length • Weekend hours
required as needed by facility/every other weekend • No call
requirements • May be floated to other units depending on staffing
needs • Patient ratios: 1:6-7 on nights (ratios not guaranteed) •
Required: Current RN License (Missouri eligible or currently
licensed), BLS from AHA • Preferred: ACLS from AHA • 1 year medical
surgical experience required (inpatient only) • Equipment: Nova
Meters for blood glucose, Alaris IV pump, Kangaroo pumps, SCD
machine • EMR system: EPIC • Dress code: Black scrubs required, no
open-toed shoes • Flu vaccination required November 1-April 1 •
Night shift orientation conducted on day shift - must be available
entire week for orientation • Care for medical/surgical patients
post trauma, surgical interventions, and medical comorbidities •
Physical demands include standing/walking most of shift, bending,
stooping, lifting with assistance up to 50 lbs. Facility: This
healthcare facility has been serving the South St. Louis County

Group's Fall 2025 Hospital Safety Grade and features all-private
rooms. The hospital is recognized as a Level 2 Trauma Center (the

Stroke Center, Level 1 STEMI Center, and holds the Joint
Commission's Gold Seal of Approval for Advanced Certification in
Heart Failure. The medical surgical unit currently has 15 beds with
an additional 15 beds under construction. Location: Saint Louis, MO
