TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified
ICU/Critical Care RN in Saint Louis, Missouri, 63131! Job Title:

Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours
Experience: Minimum of 2 years required License: Valid state
license required Certifications: BLS, ACLS required Must-Have: -
Critical care experience - EPIC charting experience Description:
Floating to multiple ICUs including Trauma, Oncology, Cardiac/Heart
and Vascular, Client, Medicine, and COVID. We need strong,
independent experienced nurses to float to our ICUs. If there are
no ICU needs, staff will be expected to float to inpatient floors.
The nursing staffing includes Oncology, Client, Medical Surgical,
Medicine, Trauma, Heart and Vascular, and COVID. The patient ratio
in ICUs is 2:1 for all shifts. Staff may float to inpatient floors
when needed with a ratio of no more than 1:3. Floating to
non-critical care units may occur if census is low in the ICU.
Staff may also be asked to assist as a patient sitter if needed.
Every other weekend work is required. Specific CVICU experience is
not required. PREFERRED skills include: - Hemodynamic
interpretation - Management of vasoactive drips - Experience with
CRRT - Administration of chemotherapy - Certifications such as
CCRN, NIH, ONS, and TNCC. Skills required include: - Ventilator
management - IV starts - Telemetry monitoring - Conscious sedation
- Triage and ICP monitoring - PA line management - Level 1 trauma
experience preferred. This position does not accept first-time
travelers. Travelers must meet compliance deadlines and other
specified requirements. References are required, preferably from
supervisory roles within the last two years. Candidates must float
