positive attitude toward customer service to act as an LPN for our
Skilled Nursing facility. The right candidate will always strive to

match up to 4% Responsibilities: - Supervises direct nursing care
and services for their assigned shift. - Administers direct nursing
care when more than routine care is indicated. - Makes routine
rounds to ensure proper care and maintain a safe, clean resident
environment. - Oversees the accuracy and completion of clinical
documentation per FV policy and State and Federal regulations. -
Participates in staffing, scheduling, counseling, and nursing staff
orientation. - Participates in family/resident counseling. -
Assists with implementation and evaluation of quality of care,
including ongoing auditing of Quality Indicators. - Assists with
admissions, discharges, and transfers to assure appropriate care
and compliance with State and/or Federal regulations. Requirements:
- Current nursing license. - Three years of nursing management
experience in senior care preferred. - Geriatric/rehabilitation
experience with a good understanding of restorative nursing. -
Thorough knowledge of state and federal regulations. - Strong oral
and written communication skills. - Experienced with MS Word, MS
Excel, MS PowerPoint. - Demonstrate the highest level of
customer/client service and response. - Ability to achieve
high-performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced
environment with an attention to detail. - Work collaboratively in
a team environment that promotes inclusiveness and communication
