ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Saint Louis, Missouri. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Telemetry - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 01/26/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: RN - Med Surg Tele Job Details: • 2 years of nursing experience required • Patient ratios: 1:5-6 for days and weekends, 1:6 for nights • Weekend requirement: Every other weekend or 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule minimum • Holiday rotation obligation required • Required certifications: BCLS, ACLS, IV start, and Telemetry • Preferred certification: NIH • Float to all medical units including renal, oncology, and neuro • Call recorded line up to 1 hour before shift to receive unit assignment • Guaranteed hours: 3 shifts per 13 weeks • Maximum 7 days RTO per 13-week contract • Scrub color: Navy blue • Charting system: EPIC • Free parking available • Special equipment training provided: lift devices, ceiling lifts, and bladder scanner • 36 orientation hours • Patient age groups: Adults and geriatrics • Daily census: 28 to 50 depending on specific unit • Interdisciplinary support including IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, interpretation services, radiology, social services, rapid response teams, pharmacy, and unit secretary • Flu vaccine required with medical/religious exemptions only Facility: This short-term acute care facility provides comprehensive medical services with specialized units including medical, surgical, oncology, neurology, and cardiology.
