Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers. Coordinates the patient care in conjunction with other departments. Position Details: Mercy Hospital Washington Registered Nurse – ICU Department: Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Status: PRN Shift: Days Join our dedicated team at Mercy Hospital Washington, where your skills and compassion directly impact lives. As part of our ICU/TCU team, you'll work in a dynamic, fast-paced 19-bed unit comprised of a 13-bed Intensive Care Unit and a 6-bed Transitional Care Unit (step-down). Our strong interdisciplinary teamwork and commitment to high-quality patient care make this an ideal environment for both experienced nurses and recent graduates. Must meet all state board requirements. - Certifications: - BLS (Basic Life Support) – Required within 30 days of hire - ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) – Required - Additional unit-specific certifications as applicable - Physical Requirements: - Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 pounds regularly - Prolonged standing and walking required - Must be able to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat as part of regular duties Why Mercy?
