ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Saint Louis, Missouri. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: ICU - Intensive Care Unit - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 01/26/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: RN - CCU Job Details: • Float to multiple ICUs including Trauma, Oncology, Cardiac/Heart and Vascular, Neurology, Medicine and COVID units • Work as an independent, experienced ICU nurse with 2:1 patient ratio on all ICU shifts • Float to inpatient floors when needed with maximum 1:3 patient ratio • May be utilized as patient sitter when census is low in ICU • Every other weekend required • 2 years of experience required - will not accept first-time travelers • Travel experience required • Required certifications: BLS, ACLS • Preferred certifications: Chemo, CCRN, NIH, ONS, TNCC, CPI • Required skills: Vents, IV start, Tele, Conscious Sedation • Preferred skills: Swans-hemodynamic interpretation, IABP, Impella, ECMO, Vasoactive drips, CRRT, Triage, ICP, PA lines, Level 1 Trauma Experience • EPIC charting system experience preferred • Navy blue scrubs required • Care for adult and geriatric patients (adolescents 16-18 years occasionally) • Free parking provided • Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions only) Facility: This short-term acute care facility operates multiple intensive care units providing comprehensive critical care services including trauma, oncology, cardiac, neurology, and medicine specialties.
