Preferred Qualifications Role Purpose Performs clerical, secretarial and customer service functions within assigned patient care area. Responsibilities - Coordinates all human resources functions for unit. Ensure nursing staff has all the proper paperwork required. - Works with management to ensure appropriate staffing levels on all areas. Staffs any pod, providing breaks and lunches when necessary. - Coordinates all surgical scheduling activities. Directs and monitors the flow of patients and maintain the scheduling of those patients. - Coordinates, maintains and orders inventory and supplies. - Provides clerical support for department as necessary.
