Additional Information About the Role Exciting opportunity to join
the expanding BJC Home Care Hospice team as an RN Supervisor. In
this role, you will lead a team of approximately 20 nurses and
CNAs, ensuring accountability through site visits, managing
payroll, fostering collaborative team dynamics, overseeing staffing
and retention, handling reporting, IDG meetings, and conducting
record audits. You will also be the go-to person for questions and
concerns from clinicians, patients, and families. Location: - Based
in the Chesterfield area Schedule: - Monday to Friday days -
Morning huddles at 8 a.m. - Participation in administrator on-call
rotation Preferred qualifications include a BSN, hospice

LI-TP1 Overview BJC Home Care offers patients and their families a
complete range of home care services, including skilled nursing
services, adult and pediatric hospice and supportive care,
rehabilitation therapy, home infusion therapy, infusion treatment
rooms, home medical equipment and high-tech respiratory care.
Specialty home care programs also are available, including adult
and pediatric asthma, cardiac, diabetes, orthopedic and wound care
programs. BJC Home Care provides care to thousands of patients in
both Missouri and Illinois. Serving more than 25 counties, it has
become the largest home care network in the region and one of the
largest in the country. Hospice, the final stage of BJC's continuum
of care, is a special kind of caring for patients with a
life-limiting illness. Services are provided in the comfort of the
patient's home or skilled nursing facility. The Hospice staff are
sensitive to the physical, psychosocial, emotional and spiritual
needs of terminally ill adult and pediatric patients and their
families. We provide a multi-disciplinary team of healthcare
professionals and volunteers, specially trained in symptom
management, pain control, counseling and bereavement services for
the dying. Our Hospice services include alternative therapies such
as music, art and massage therapy. Our Hospice programs provide
palliative care by helping patients manage their pain and symptoms
while living their lives with daily peace and dignity. Preferred
Qualifications Role Purpose Monitors and coordinates nursing and
clinical services. Ensures services meet Medicare/Medicaid, TJC and
department requirements. Responsibilities - Manages individual(s)
including but not limited to: hires, trains, assigns work, manages
& evaluates performance, conducts professional development plans.
Ensures that the productivity and actions of that group
meet/support the overall operational goals of the department as
established by department leadership. - May participate in the
development of departmental staffing, revenue and/or expense
budgets and having direct responsibility for adhering to those
goals. This includes responding to changes in the business which
may affect the ability to achieve the budget goals. - Manages and
directs daily client care and staff activities. - Performs on-site
supervisory visits and serves as clinical resource to home care
staff. - Manages the hiring and performance management of staff. -
Coordinates services with other health care providers. Minimum
Requirements Education - Associate's Degree - Nursing Experience -
5-10 years Supervisor Experience - Licenses & Certifications -
Valid Driver's License - RN Preferred Requirements Education -
Bachelor's Degree - Nursing Experience - 10 years Supervisor
