Job Title: CT Tech Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: CT Tech Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 3x12-Hour Hours per Shift: 12 hours (07:00 - 19:30) Experience: 1 year License: Pending license accepted at manager's discretion Certifications: BLS, ARRT-CT Must-Have: Siemens experience required. EPIC charting experience preferred, but not required. Description: Position for a CT Tech is available. The shift schedule is 7 AM to 7 PM, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Candidates with one year of experience are required. First-timers are accepted. Floating within the scope to meet facility needs is not required. Local candidates are not accepted; candidates must reside more than 70 miles from the facility. Requests for time off must be submitted with the application. Additional requests after confirmation are at manager's discretion. All equipment is Siemens. The environment includes emergency departments, inpatient units, ICUs, and outpatient facilities. Protocols are identical across the board. The facility is classified as a Level 1 Trauma and comprehensive stroke center. The scanners are accredited by the American College of Radiology. Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination is mandatory, with medical or religious exemptions only. Flu vaccine requirements are currently unknown. Travelers must complete OSHA Respirator Clearance prior to starting. Clean-shaven appearance is necessary for fit testing related to respirator use. All clinicians cannot work as travelers for more than one year. A six-month break is mandatory before returning as a traveler. Modules are non-billable and pre-start hours may vary. Allied modules typically take approximately one hour to complete.
