seeking a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician for locum
tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details and
requirements for this opportunity: - Schedule: Hours needed are 9
am - 5 pm with a 1-hour lunch break - The need is for 1 day per
week and every other week only. The day of the week is flexible
between Monday - Friday. - Practice Setting: Outpatient - Scope:
Physical Medicine - Credentialing Timeframe: 2 weeks - State
Licensure: Must have an active state license - Requirements:
cervical/lumbar facet injections, cervical/lumbar ESIs/TFESIs
injections, SI joint, medial branch blocks, nerve root injections
