Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) - Full Time -Updated Minimal Call Schedule! - Call is taken from home, with a 30-min call requirement. - 2nd call rarely called in overnight New Graduates Welcome, offering Advanced Sign-On Bonus for Students! Salary -Base salary starts at$243,500.00for new grads (salary is based on CRNA experience). -Supplemental pay for call and hours worked beyond scheduled shifts. -Sign-On Bonus of$30,000.00 -Advanced Sign-On Bonus option for Students of$1500/month. -Annual Call Bonus of$15,000for taking call. -Eligible for Annual Merits. -CRNAs are not Contracted. Responsibilities - Participates in professional development - Provides direct patient care and documents care given. - Ensures compliance with all applicable state, local, and federal laws that may apply to anesthesia services. - Completes the pre-anesthesia patient record, reviews the results of laboratory data, and begins induction when appropriate. - BJC has determined this is a safety-sensitive position.
