Experienced and New Graduate RNs encouraged to apply! -Candidates who do not yet have ICU or Stepdown experience will be considered for the next available Critical Care Residency. -Our renown Residency Program gives you access to some of the best resources and training to help you build a solid foundation of nursing knowledge, skillsets and experiences. - ---- About Cardiovascular Surgical Stepdown (SPCU)!SPCU is a 16 bed stepdown unit that provides care for primarily post-cardiovascular surgical patients, as well as many CVICU patients that aren't quite sick enough for the ICU, but are still a little too heavy for regular telemetry. -Many SPCU RNs advance to CVICU. This is a GREAT opportunity if you aspire to excel in Critical Care and pathway toward a career in ICU or as a Nurse Anesthetist. - -Available Shifts (Full-Time; Three 12s): Nights (7:00pm-7:30am) -Qualifications:

• Education: Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN)
• Licensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.
• Physical requirements/demands:
  • Position requires individuals to push, pull, and/or lift 50 pounds on a regular basis
  • Position requires prolonged standing and walking each shift
  • Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties
  • Certifications:
