  • As a Charge Nurse (RN), you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing and wound care departments.
  • You will supervise activities performed by the nurses in your nursing home.
  • You will be responsible for the quality and speed of care by your nursing staffs.
  • You will develop and maintain a positive working rapport with all team members.Requirements:Charge Nurse (RN) Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree or higher, Master's preferred.
    • A valid, current nursing license in Illinois.
    • Current CPR certification.
