Join Mercy St Louis Hospital Operating Room Residency!Seeking Graduate and Experienced Nurses interested in the OR.*Experienced RNs with no OR expeirence will join the residency* Upcoming Residency Date: July 7th, 2025 Where Nurses Come to Grow! We understand you have invested time and resources into becoming a great nurse. Likewise, Mercy wants to invest in you as you answer your calling! Mercy OR conducts a variety of cases including Orthopedics, Neurology, General Services. RNs are typically hired into one of these specialty pods, and may have the opportunity to cross-train to other pods in the department. Residency program is 5 months with one month mentorship. After residency, RN moves into a mentorship which is specialty training for their new service line. • Required Education: Nursing Degree from an accredited school
• License: current RN license in the state of Missouri.
• Certifications: BLS required.
