Overview: As a Hospice RN Liaison, you will be responsible for ensuring effective intake and referral processes, completing admissions processes, providing information about hospice services, and serving as a patient advocate. You will also be calling on various account types and offering in-services and education on the benefits of hospice. Requirements:

• Compassionate and empathetic RN with a valid license
• Minimum of 2 years of healthcare experience in settings such as hospice, home health, clinical liaison, or hospice case manager
