Pediatric Nurse Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Nurse to join our team at SSM Health Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital. As a Pediatric Nurse, you will provide direct nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and developmental needs are met.Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor patient care plans, prioritizing the needs of each child.
• Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition to healthcare team members.
• Coordinate patient care with other disciplines, ensuring a well-coordinated and effective treatment plan.
• Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs, ensuring a smooth transition to home or other care settings.Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or equivalent education.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Illinois, Missouri, Oklahoma, or Wisconsin.
