Job Description:

Respiratory Therapist
Provide evaluation and care for respiratory therapy patients, administering prescribed services and monitoring patient condition.
Key Responsibilities:

Assess patient needs and develop a care plan based on diagnosis.
Implement and monitor patient care plan and equipment.
Evaluate patient response to therapy and adjust treatment as needed.
Communicate with patients and families about health conditions and treatment options.
Assist with equipment maintenance and inventory management.

Requirements:
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience and education.
  
  Work Environment:
  - Work in a fast-paced hospital setting, responding to medical emergencies and collaborating with healthcare teams.
