  About the Job:
  As a Registered Nurse at SSM Health Saint Louis University Hospital, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to individuals with liver, kidney, and GI transplant needs. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring that patients receive the best possible outcomes.
  
  Responsibilities:
  
  • 
    
  • Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans
    
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
    
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to physicians
    
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
    
  • Provide education and support to patients and families
    
    
    Requirements:
    
    • 
      
    • Current RN licensure in the state of Missouri
      
    • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
      
    • Experience working in a transplant unit or similar setting
      
    • Strong communication and teamwork skills
