Reg Full Time Professional St. Louis, MO, USRequisition ID: 2622Salary Range: $40.00 To 43.00 Hourly Therapeutic Speech Language PathologistSUMMARYUnder the supervision of the Director of Therapy Relief at Hope, the Speech & Language Pathologist provides and oversees speech/language therapy treatments in a school environment to assist children to attain, improve, or maintain their maximum level of functional movement during the school year.WHAT YOU WILL DOAssess individuals' communication skills and implement speech and language treatment based on established goals, in individual or group settings.Serve, communicate, and consult as a member of an interdisciplinary team.Maintain detailed records and compile written progress reports and treatment plans as needed.Evaluate need and type of augmentative communication devices and provide guidance and training to parents/guardians, teachers, and/or caretakers on the use of needed devices.Participate in ongoing treatment meetings, as well as staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
