- Preferred Qualifications Role Purpose Responsible for assuring
that the health needs of clients and staff are addressed through
various means including, but not limited to, direct care, staff
education, chart reviews, occupational health and infection
surveillance. - Responsibilities Monitors patients response and
modifies plan of care accordingly. Provides accurate documentation
as required. Delivers direct patient care by assessing and
evaluating patient's physical, psychosocial and emotional needs.
Develops and implements individual plans of care in accordance with
the established guidelines and standards of nursing care. Promotes
patient and family centered care in a healing environment. Educates
patients and their families on how to manage their illness or
injury, including post treatment home care needs and medication
administration. Minimum Requirements Education Nursing
Diploma/Associate's - Nursing Experience 2-5 years Supervisor
Experience No Experience Licenses & Certifications RN Preferred
Requirements Education Bachelor's Degree - Nursing Experience 5-10
years Supervisor Experience
