This exciting opportunity allows the successful candidate to provide comprehensive care to hospitalized patients in a top-tier healthcare institution. You will be responsible for managing the entire course of patient treatment, coordinating with other healthcare professionals, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality healthcare services. This position is ideal for a physician who thrives in a fast-paced, challenging environment and has a strong commitment to patient care.Responsibilities:*Oversee and manage the care of hospitalized patients, from admission through discharge.*Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive patient care plans.*Conduct regular patient rounds, monitor patient progress, and adjust treatment plans as necessary.*Respond to emergencies and provide immediate medical care.*Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing them with information and reassurance.*Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with healthcare laws and regulations.*Stay current with the latest developments in hospital medicine and participate in continuing education activities.*Ensure a smooth transition of care when patients are admitted or discharged, coordinating with other physicians and healthcare professionals as necessary.Qualifications:*Medical degree from an accredited medical school *Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Practice.*Illinois License or IMLC *12 Hour Shifts 7a-7p or 7p-7a*Excellent clinical skills with the ability to handle a wide range of medical conditions.*Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.*Proficient in electronic medical records systems.*Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.*Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.This position represents a unique opportunity for a skilled physician to make a significant impact on the lives of patients.
