Responsibilities
Unit Charge LPN or RN - $10,000 Sign On Bonus
Our community has an opportunity for a Unit Charge LPN to join our team. We're looking for a driven, caring, and passionate individual to serve as a leader to our excellent nursing staff and provide day-to-day supervision, participate as requested in the interviewing and hiring process and assign duties for resident's care, work hours, breaks, and meal periods for nursing staff on unit.

  Qualifications
  • Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse in good standing and currently licensed in our state
  • Clinical experience, education, or specialty skills specific to geriatrics
  • 2 years of direct care experience,additional managerial experience highly preferred
  • Able to relate positively and favorably to customers and families and to work cooperatively with others
  • Related experience at a level necessary to accomplish the job
  • We are a vaccinated care facility. New hires will need to provide proof of vaccination or other acceptable documents prior to starting employment
