Some Responsibilities of Nurse Supervisor:

Oversees the nursing department in the absence of the DON
Reviews staffing at the change of a shift, assigns and replaces staff to meet resident care needs. -
Completes patient care rounds, coordinates admissions, transfers, and discharges. -

Qualifications for Nurse Supervisors:

Valid RN or LPN license
Valid CPR certification
Candidates must maintain a working email address and phone number for employer communication.
