Job Description:
A healthcare outsourcing solutions provider is filling a
position for a Remote Physician Coder. Candidates will be
responsible for the following: Performing evaluation and management
coding Performing profee coding in at least one of the following
specialties: cardiology, emergency medicine, primary care,
hospitalist Qualifications Include: At least 2-3 solid recent
years' hands on production coding experience for reimbursement
Possession of valid credentials (AAPC or AHIMA) Familiarity with
some of the following: Cardiology, EP, EM, Hospitalist, Lab,
Medicare Wellness, Primary Care, Women's health Screening
Questions: 1) Have you done evaluation and management coding in the
last 12 months? 2) Do you have profee coding Profee coding
experience in at least one of the following sub specialties:
electrophysiology, Medicare wellness, women's health Experience
having worked in Epi
