ResponsibilitiesSt. Louis Behavioral Medicine Institute (SLBMI) is seeking licensed psychologists or licensed master's level therapists (LCSW or LPC) who would enjoy working in a co-located primary care site in Washington, Missouri, with opportunities to work onsite as well at St. Louis Behavioral Medicine Institute locations or remote work.This position is specifically seeking applicants interested in providing full-time (5 days/week total):

  • Co-located in-person/telehealth care for 1-3 days per week at a primary care office setting in Washington, Missouri and
  • 2-4 days providing either telehealth services remotely from your home or hybrid services from St. Louis Behavioral Medicine Institute main office locations (1129 Macklind Avenue or 16216 Baxter Road).You would provide individual outpatient psychotherapy as a Generalist for adult patients, with common presenting concerns including stress management, depression, adjustment disorders, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and substance use disorders. Interest and/or specialty experience within Health Psychology and Geriatric Psychology is a plus but not required.Our co-located care site is available within SLBMI's preferred partnership agreement with a large physician group in the St. Louis region. Within this agreement, you would be referred patients from the Family Medicine practice, located on-site at the practice, but independent of the Family Medicine practice and employed by SLBMI.Please see our website for more information about SLBMI.What are the Benefits of joining our team?Our clinicians enjoy the aspects of being an independent provider that are appealing, while having the administrative and operational support to manage everything else that you need as a provider.       • Interested applicants must be fully licensed in Missouri (as a Psychologist, LCSW, or LPC) and credentialed (or credentialed-eligible) on managed care panels in Missouri. Please expect 90-days for credentialing to be completed prior to starting.
