Position Summary: Individual will lead customer solutions initiatives in the North American Market working across many Bunge operating units and value chains. This includes the customer-facing strategy and go-to-market strategy to enable Bunge North America origination teams to meet their market share goals, maximize operating efficiency, and focus on customer needs. Core Functions: Individual will oversee the offerings and range of customer services and risk management solutions.Work across business units to help source grains and oilseeds to be further stored, processed, and distributed to Bunge s network of downstream users.Work closely with Bunge s finance and risk management teams to continue to develop and deploy a variety of financial and hedging products.Develop and deploy the Bunge North America customer facing strategy, including alignment with the Company s go-to-market strategy across all business units.Oversee development and implementation of a leading digital customer interface, including online services, mobile app technology, and data management platforms.Oversee development of sales skills and strategy to the origination team across all business units, including evaluating sales training and partnership opportunitiesImplement a customer segmentation strategy and leverage data to optimize the financial performance of the origination teams. Skills/Experience Requirements: Minimum 10 years of commercial or customer focused experience in agriculture leadership/industry experienceExperience managing a large geographically dispersed team. Track record of proven talent management and team buildingSuccessful history of growing a business and developing/implementing business strategyPrevious experience in go-to-market strategy and commercialization of productsSuccess in leading a complex, results-oriented customer service programOutstanding commercial sales and marketing acumenKnowledge of the U.S. and Canadian FarmerDemonstrated ability to work with and across diverse teamsHigh level of integrity and energyAbility to interact and succeed with customers, farmers, understanding industry trends, policies, data, and technologyProven leadership skills with the ability to develop talent by leading, coaching, and mentoringHighly skilled in partnering, influencing, and working with cross-functional and cross-cultural teamsHighly skilled in ensuring stakeholders are kept informed and engaged.
