Job Description:
The Practice Strategy Consultant is responsible for supporting
branch teams in addressing challenges related to practice growth,
team structure, organizational efficiency, and succession planning.
Reporting to the Director, Practice Strategy Consultation, this
role conducts discovery processes, analyzes data, and provides
actionable recommendations based on expertise in wealth management
and practice management standards. The Practice Strategy Consultant
plays a key role in delivering tailored consulting engagements,
driving measurable outcomes, and collaborating with internal
stakeholders to ensure alignment with firm priorities Edward Jones’
compensation and benefits package includes medical and prescription

understanding of financial services industry practices, including
business model options, client service strategies, and financial
planning processes. • Series 7 and Series 66 Licensing • Advanced
knowledge of Practice Management standards, branch operations, and
market dynamics • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities •
Ability to influence and drive change • High level of discretion
and judgment • Capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively
Candidates that live within in a commutable distance from our
Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to
work in the office three days per week, with preference for Tuesday
through Thursday.
