About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Business Manager (Discovery Lead) to join our team at Inizio Engage. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our presence in the pharmaceutical industry.Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic territory plans to drive sales growth and expand our customer base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, office staff, and other healthcare professionals.
• Provide education and support to customers on our innovative products and services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies.
• Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related field.
  • Experience in neurology or rare diseases is highly preferred.
  • Strong clinical and medical acumen, with the ability to communicate complex information to customers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
