Are you up for the dare?This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship.POSITION SUMMARY:Our factory in Jefferson, Wisconsin is in the southern part of the state at theconfluence of the Rock and Crawfish rivers. In operation since 1910, we are one of the largest manufacturers in the area, shipping thousands of truckloads and railcars of products annually, including brands like Fancy Feast, Elegant Medley, Friskies, and Pro Plan. Of this mass production, our Jefferson factory donates 1.2 million cans of food per year to support over 40 animal shelters and organizations.The Senior Engineering Project Manager will manage capital projects from end to end. You could manage multiple projects or one large project at times, all in support of our manufacturing operations. A key role will be to maintain visibility to the design process and assure adherence to all established key components and project deliverables. Come prepared to directly manage overall project execution including scope, cost, engineering design review, bidding, construction, communication with key business stakeholders, and commissioning. You will organize work assignments for the cross-functional teams executing these projects as well.Develop project management plans and maintain milestone schedulesAdhere to project scope and secure approvals for all changesOversee and control project budget, cost forecasts, cash flow projections, and status reportsManage bidding and prequalification vetting processesEvaluate, select, and issue contracts for construction firmsDirect installation, construction, and commissioningProvide plant startup assistance as neededREQUIREMENTSBachelor s Degree in Engineering or a related field7+ years of Project Management experience in a Manufacturing, Industrial, Military, or related environmentLOCATIONJefferson, WI (minimal travel required)-OR-St. Louis, MO (extensive travel required, approximately 75%)The approximate pay range for this position is $129,000 to $180,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
