Primary performance responsibilities include analyzing financial data to determine the merits of loan requests (including adherence to loan policy), recommending structure, collecting financial statements, as well as identifying cross selling/referring opportunities of other deposits services. • Analyze financial data to evaluate loan requests, ensuring adherence to loan policy and recommending suitable structures.
• Maintain and build loans, deposits, fee income, and referrals of business.
• Manage portfolio administration and risk in compliance with established credit policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Act as a liaison between clients, Credit Department, Commercial support staff, and internal partners.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products and services to existing clients and prospects.
• Assist with due diligence/analysis for new client relationships and special projects as needed.
• Provide advice to clients on business trends, capital markets, and banking trends.
• Monitor loan repayment activities and take necessary actions for past due accounts.
• Participate in the bank's Loan Approval Process, recommending appropriate credit structures.
• Manage the renewal process in collaboration with Relationship Managers and credit department.
• Serve as a contact manager for non-borrowing accounts and loan clients regarding banking services.
• Participate in community and business functions to enhance the bank's image within the marketplace.Review the qualifications listed below:Education
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field. RequiredExperience
    • 4-7 years of Commercial/Corporate/Commercial Real Estate/Specialized Banking and/or Credit Approval. Required
    • 4-7 years of handling complex credits. Required
    • 2-4 years of sales experience. Preferred
    • 2-4 years formal credit training. PreferredLicenses and Certifications
      • CFA-Charted Financial Analyst. Preferred
