underwriting, credit monitoring and portfolio management of
Commercial Real Estate and/or Commercial/Corporate/Specialized
Banking relationships to achieve efficiencies and quality of the
process and product, retention and expansion of existing client
relationship, growth of total client assets and net growth in
relationships. Primary performance responsibilities include
analyzing financial data to determine the merits of loan requests
(including adherence to loan policy), recommending structure,
collecting financial statements, as well as identifying cross
selling/referring opportunities of other deposits services. As a
Portfolio Manager, this position will maintain and build loans and
deposits, fee income and referrals of business.We invite you to

achieve efficiencies and quality of the process and product,

will also:
- Analyze financial data to evaluate loan requests, ensuring
adherence to loan policy and recommending suitable structures.
- Maintain and build loans, deposits, fee income, and referrals
of business.
- Manage portfolio administration and risk in compliance with
established credit policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Act as a liaison between clients, Credit Department, Commercial
support staff, and internal partners.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products and
services to existing clients and prospects.
- Assist with due diligence/analysis for new client relationships
and special projects as needed.
- Provide advice to clients on business trends, capital markets,
and banking trends.
- Monitor loan repayment activities and take necessary actions
for past due accounts.
- Participate in the bank's Loan Approval Process, recommending
appropriate credit structures.
- Manage the renewal process in collaboration with Relationship
Managers and credit department.
- Serve as a contact manager for non-borrowing accounts and loan
clients regarding banking services.
- Participate in community and business functions to enhance the
bank's image within the marketplace.Review the qualifications
listed below:Education
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and
experience in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
RequiredExperience
- 4-7 years of Commercial/Corporate/Commercial Real
Estate/Specialized Banking and/or Credit Approval. Required
- 4-7 years of handling complex credits. Required
- 2-4 years of sales experience. Preferred
- 2-4 years formal credit training. PreferredLicenses and
Certifications
- CFA-Charted Financial Analyst. Preferred
- Must have access to reliable transportation and the ability to
