Job Description:

Our manufacturing client is seeking a Plant Manager for their facility near Knoxville, TN.RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible for plant production goals.Responsible for product quality control for the plant.Direct and coordinate plant operations within company policy and guidelines.Work with department managers to ensure coordination of purchasing, production and shipping.Select and train plant supervisory and administrative staff.Foster a well-trained and motivated staff through excellent leadership and communication skills.Conduct employee performance reviews.Schedule and conduct plant meetings.Ensure maintenance of clean and safe plant.Communicate with all levels of personnel through strong interpersonal skills.Attend corporate trainings and meetings.REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or other related fieldMaster's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or other related field preferred10+ years
Experience within food/beverage/pharmaceutical or medical device manufacturing5+ years
Experience in the position of Plant Manager10+ years
