Job Description:

One of our leading clients is searching for an EHS Manager in the Quad Cities area. The EHS Manager will be responsible for leading all safety and health, compliance, and security strategy for a large food manufacturing plant.Responsibilities:Provide direction and oversight for any EHS issuesImplement programs and proceduresImplement an incident investigation methodology to ensure incidents are investigated and root causes are identified.Interpret and provide policies related to environmental health and safety and security for the facility and all employeesAnalyzes data to identify trends and incident types to be preventedEnsure regulatory and internal reporting is submitted on time and accurateMonitor site metricsSupport cross functional relationships with FSQ, Engineering and MaintenanceRequirements/Skills:Bachelor's Degree is preferred but will consider an Associate's Degree4-5 years EHS experience in manufacturingSubject Matter Expert in OSHA/EPA regulationsOutcome focused leaderTechnical EHS skillsSolid compensation package, including annual bonus and relocation assistance!UI 851879
