Conducting ongoing risk management reviews of commercial accounts. Ensuring office efficiency through effective management systems and workflow optimization. Mastery of Microsoft Office products and willingness to learn new agency management systems. Demonstrated aptitude in detailed, accurate, and creative thinking.
