They can multitask effectively and motivate themselves & others towards high performance. As a Manager of Innovation and Strategy you ll work on the development of new business opportunities
leading front-end landscaping, assessing opportunities, developing incubation recommendations, and executing incubation activities to drive early learning, confidence-building, and plans for scale-up/commercial handoff activities on strategic opportunities. In this role, you are challenged with being strong lateral thinker who has a natural curiosity and a strong entrepreneurial bias to getting things done. Rules and traditional ways of doing things should be understood and respected, but your role is to find respectable ways to challenge, inspire, and introduce fresh ways of rethinking problems. Develop opportunities from early concept stage into business incubation proposals with identified milestones, measures, and resources Lead Incubation project teams in the execution of the plan and
experiments
to drive learning and refinement of Consumer Value Propositions, Business Models, and scale-up potential. Lead consumer research for key insights on trends, opportunities, and incubations. Build relationships with cross-functional teams to understand business models and business systems, supply chain, and other business tools and resources. Act as a thought partner with other functional areas of the organization. RequirementsBachelor s degree from an accredited institution 4 years professional experience in Marketing, Innovation, Strategy, or Business Development OtherMaster s degree is preferredExperience utilizing and executing any of the following methodologies (Agile Business Development, Design Thinking, Business Model Canvas etc.) preferredDon t meet all the qualifications listed under

The approximate pay range for this position is $107,000 to $160,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including, but not limited to knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
