• PTOJob DetailsEngineering Manager - St. Louis, MOJoin our growing Engineering and Design team in St. Louis, MO, as an Engineering Manager with 8+ years of utility industry experience. Lead a team of engineers, foster a positive culture, and drive career development. Key responsibilities include:
  • Manage engineers and designers, emphasizing culture, career growth, and teamwork.
  • Build strong client relationships and generate new opportunities.
  • Organize, train, and supervise staff.
  • Administer contracts, generate proposals, and execute assignments.
  • Maintain project schedules and ensure timely completion.
  • Grow client relationships and maintain project profitability.
  • Lead technical implementation projects and support other engineers.
  • Collaborate on scope management, planning, and resource estimates.
  • Act as a technical expert and coordinate engineering functions.
  • Facilitate communication with clients and engineers.
  • Assign personnel, manage performance, and meet project goals.
  • Oversee multiple projects, ensuring compliance.
  • Champion current design tools and practices, including industry software like Maximo, Alden One, Ocalc, and SpidaCal.
  • Establish administrative policies and standards.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  • Support proposals and contribute to contract development.
