Management will play a key role in supporting our exceptional
growth. This role is responsible for organizational effectiveness,
onboarding, performance management, training, engagement and
sustaining of a safe and positive work environment that unlocks the
full potential of Post's employees. To achieve their goals,
Director, Talent Management will develop and retain a
best-in-class, inspired team of HR professionals. This role's
impact stretches globally, reporting to the VP, Talent Management.
In this role, you will:Talent Management
- In partnership with VP Talent Management and key stakeholders,
develop a systematic approach to reviewing talent, identifying gaps
in performance and behaviors, analyze the causes and factors that
limit performance, and partner on solutions
- Design, develop and consult on critical talent cycle components
such as succession planning, high-potential programs, talent
assessments, performance management, and mapping talent strategies
to business plans
- Facilitate local workforce planning and talent review processes
that focus on moving employees to higher level of performance
- Partner with leaders at various levels to address performance
concerns, provide coaching and assist with documentation
- Partner with leaders to assess talent and create development
goals and plans for employees
- Oversee facilities and office management to foster a positive
work environment
- Investigate employee relations concerns in partnership with
Employment counsel
- Oversee the management of employee engagement and recognition
programs
- Aggregate and synthesize information from various resources
(quantitative and qualitative) to evaluate and understand key
prioritiesOrganizational Effectiveness
- Assist in creating an organizational development strategy
aligned with strategic business goals
- Directing and ensuring the effectiveness of the organization's
talent function and ensuring we have the right people in the right
seats at the right time
- Act as a thought leader and consultant to accelerate change and
drive operational excellence
- Proactively identify efforts to drive efficiency and
effectiveness within the organization
- Review and analyze job descriptions to attract critical talent,
foster inclusion and right size rolesLearning
- Launch company-wide development programs for individual
contributors, leaders and executives that include coaching,
assessments, classroom and virtual learning, train-the-trainer
programs, and continuous learning
- Collaborate with other learning and development professionals
across the enterprise to identify new strategies and
opportunities
- Partner with leadership in diagnosing learning and development
needs for individuals and team development
- Continuously monitor and solicit feedback on all learning
programs and materials to ensure accuracy, relevance, and
effectiveness
- Drive various leadership development initiatives to build an
internal leadership bench that supports the future of Post
- Support training programs that help upskill employees to meet
future needs
- Build an end-to-end onboarding experience that provides our new
hires with the skills needed to achieve established expectations,
providing them the knowledge and tools to understand Post Holdings
values and contribute to the team quickly and effectively
- Oversee the management of a corporate mentoring programYou are:

collaborative environment QualificationsYou have:
- Minimum of 8 years of HR talent management experience in a
fast-paced, global corporate environment, with progressive
experience managing processes and program implementation
- Experienced in leading teams
- Demonstrated track record for building talent management
programs to scale
- Deep knowledge of core Talent Management programs/processes,
including performance management, promotions, succession planning,
talent development, and organizational design
- Superior consulting, coaching, change management, and
networking skills
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills to
meet multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong and credible track record within HR, with proven
strategic skills combined with ability to execute to achieve
results
- Superb, written and verbal communication skills as well as
prioritization and planning skills - with strong attention to
detail
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in time sensitive
matters and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Outstanding social, communication, influence and facilitation
skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability
to improve processes and exercise judgment
- Strong knowledge of local and federal employment law (including
FMLA, ADA, etc.), performance management and conflict
resolution
- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in HR, Organizational
Leadership, or a related field
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Office suite products
(Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)Travel:
- This role requires travel up to 10%. Additional walking,
stooping, sitting, and mobility may be required#LI-hybrid
