Senior Director Talent Acquisition for the AmericasAs part of the
global Talent Acquisition Center Of Expertise and North America HR
Leadership team, the Senior Director Talent Acquisition for the
AMERICAS partners with key business leaders and HR teams to
anticipate staffing and workforce needs to support identified
business strategies. Together with their team, they are responsible
for translating them into winning talent acquisition strategies,
leveraging all recruitment channels available, in order to attract,
engage and recruit the best talent to bioM--rieux. What will your
responsibilities be within bioM--rieux?
- Manage the Regional Talent Acquisition team (15 people) and
operations and continue to develop the team to become Talent
Acquisition subject matter experts and trusted advisors.
- Act as a trusted strategic partner to the business with regards
to Talent Acquisition topics throughout the entire TA
lifecycleincluding employer branding, candidate sourcing, Diversity
Equity and Inclusion Talent Acquisition strategy, Labour market
trends and Talent interviewing and selection.
- Lead executive recruitment for the Region
- Continuously develop networks/partnerships to actively build
database/pipeline of candidates
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver a
consistent candidate experience
- Utilize metrics on a regular basis to make data-informed
decisions
- In close collaboration with communication, lead company
employer branding initiatives to develop bioM--rieux attractivity
in the Region.
- Act as a regional leader as part of the North America HR
Leadership team, partnering with HRBPs and other COE leaders to
develop and execute holistic Talent Acquisition and HR
strategies
- Develop and manage TA operating budgetto ensure execution
within annual plan.
- Develop data and metrics to measure recruiting and hiring
success. Report regularly on the results.Who are you ?
- 10+ years of recruitment experience including previous
leadership roles & responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven success in recruiting professional level roles. Proven
ability in assessing, interviewing and recruiting top talent.
- Thorough understanding of recruitment processes and strategies
and solid understanding of the employment marketplace and trends in
recruiting strategies.
- Experience working with complex systems and processes (
experience with JobVite and or SuccessFactors a plus)
- Excellent networker and relationship builder. Excellent
communication skills.
- High level of personal organization, attention to detail and
multitasking required.
- Experience in a global organization preferredPosition based in
