RxCompass Manager. This is a remote position.Role and
ResponsibilitiesThe RxCompass Manager is responsible for
maintaining an effective and professional relationship with clients
and members while positively representing Southern Scripts and
RxCompass.Manage the RxCompass team in all aspects Oversees the
RxCompass team with overrides, coupons and pricing to maintain
Variable CopayManager provides high end customer service with
internal and external clientsManage queues to meet our goals on
turnaround timeDevelops training for RxCompass as deemed necessary
by the DirectorAssist Southern Scripts Team (Customer Service,
Implementation Team) with SS/CRx eligibility requests, medication
overrides, CRx requestsHelp develop new processes to implement
Groups and improving RxCompas processWork with external partners in
implement and maintain RxCompassAny other duties required to
maintain a productive environmentManaging of all RxCompass team
members such as hiring, firing, training, scheduling and other
duties required to make RxCompass successful Abide by all
obligations under HIPAA related to Protected Health Information
(PHI).If a HIPAA violation is discovered, whether individually or
by another, you must report the violation to the Compliance Officer
and/or Human ResourcesAttend, complete, and demonstrate competency
in all required HIPAA Training offered by the companyFlexibility to
