about us at empowerme.com. Responsibilities The Executive Vice
President of Payer Source Strategy will be responsible for
negotiating and managing value-based agreements with payers,
monitoring and analyzing payer market trends, leading the
development and implementation of payer strategies that support the
organization's transition to a value-based care model, and
collaborating with internal teams to improve reimbursement rates.

Establish processes for diversifying the organization's payer
portfolio Negotiate and manage value-based agreements with payers
Develop and implement a payer strategy to support the
organization's transition to a value-based care model Monitor and
analyze payer market trends to identify new opportunities and
threats Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement
strategies to improve the organization's reimbursement rate
Communicate payer strategies and negotiation outcomes to senior
leadership and stakeholders Act as a liaison between the
organization and payers, representing the organization in payer
negotiations and meetings Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must
be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The
requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge,
skills, and abilities required. Bachelor's degree in healthcare
administration, business, or related field At least 8-10 years of
experience in managed care contracting and value-based agreements
Direct experience working with physicians, hospitals, and health
care systems Strong negotiation skills and experience in payer
negotiations Proven track record of success in developing and
implementing payer strategies Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement
and payment systems Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Strong
analytical and problem-solving skill Computer Skills: Proficiency
in Internet browsers (e.g., Explorer, Chrome, Fire Fox), as well as
advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs: Outlook, Excel,
Word, and Publisher applications. Work Environment & Physical
Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of

employee frequently is required to sit at a desk and work on a
computer. Must be able to lift twenty pounds at a time. Specific
